Terms and Conditions – h555gam Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Welcome to h555gam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h555gam ("we", "us", "the platform", "h555gam") governing your access to and use of the h555gam website, mobile experience, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services offered on h555gam.

By registering an account on h555gam, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not register or use h555gam.

h555gam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of h555gam following a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms should be read together with h555gam's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and h555gam.

To register and use h555gam, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h555gam strictly prohibits access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of h555gam or any of its software or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on h555gam or any related platform at the time of registration.

By registering on h555gam, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including age — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. h555gam is not responsible for any harm arising from a player's misrepresentation of their eligibility.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on h555gam. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using a different name, mobile number, or email address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering on h555gam you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your h555gam account login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account.
• h555gam strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your h555gam account, you must notify support immediately at support@h555gam.bet. h555gam cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• h555gam will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, do not comply and report it to support immediately.

All financial transactions on h555gam are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h555gam does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on h555gam:

• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 500 for IBFT and card payments.
• Deposit fees: h555gam charges no fees on any deposit. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may charge fees according to their own fee schedule — h555gam has no control over and does not benefit from any such fees.
• Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• No credit: h555gam does not extend credit of any kind. You may only bet with funds that are already present in your h555gam wallet.

h555gam reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit and to request supporting documentation where necessary. Deposits believed to be linked to unlawful activity will be refused and reported to the appropriate authorities.

h555gam processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The following conditions govern all withdrawals from h555gam:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 100 for all methods.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit. You cannot deposit via Easypaisa and withdraw to a different account without prior written approval from h555gam's finance team.
• Verification required: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending until documentation is provided.
• No withdrawal fees: h555gam does not charge any fees on withdrawal requests. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside h555gam's control.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1 to 4 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.

h555gam reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal request pending security review or identity verification at any time. h555gam offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer plus the general conditions listed here. You should read both carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer.
• One account per bonus: Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, device, and IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus eligibility: h555gam reserves the right to determine a player's eligibility for any promotion. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to access geo-restricted offers, or placing low-risk bets to clear wagering — will have bonus funds cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Game contributions: Different games contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Typically, live casino games and crash games contribute at lower rates than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time period, typically 7 to 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.

The following general rules apply across all game categories and betting markets available on h555gam. Individual game types including live casino, crash games, fishing games, jackpot slots, and sports betting markets may have additional specific rules available within each game or section.

• All bets placed on h555gam are final once confirmed. h555gam will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in cases of a documented technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that prevents the outcome from being determined, h555gam will either void the round and return stakes, or settle the bet based on the last verifiable game state, at h555gam's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table, game, or market. These are displayed within the game interface. h555gam reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• h555gam's live casino games are operated by third-party certified studios. In cases of dispute regarding live dealer game outcomes, the studio's recorded footage constitutes the primary evidence and h555gam's settlement decision based on that footage is final.
• Sports and cricket betting odds are set by h555gam's trading team and may be adjusted at any time before an event commences. Odds for live in-play markets update continuously and the odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation are binding.

h555gam is committed to providing a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming experience for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h555gam and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Cheating and collusion: Using any method to gain an unfair advantage including collusion with other players, sharing information during live poker or card games, or using external assistance to make betting decisions.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with h555gam games on your behalf.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or technical issues to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, particularly through coordinated betting across multiple accounts.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or payment credentials, or allowing another person to use your h555gam account.
• Money laundering: Using h555gam for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent. h555gam has robust AML monitoring systems and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on fixed or pre-determined sporting outcomes, or sharing information about potential match-fixing arrangements.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Reducing a limit is immediate; increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session limits: Players can set time limits on gaming sessions, after which h555gam will remind or log out the player.
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds can be set per day, week, or month.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming can apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. During exclusion, no deposits can be made regardless of who requests them.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of time spent gaming can be enabled from account settings.

h555gam reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documentation when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• At the player's own request — h555gam will close an account on request within a reasonable period and return any verified real-money balance.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated inactive. h555gam will contact the registered email and mobile number before taking any action on an inactive account balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, h555gam reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to request account closure may do so at any time by contacting h555gam support at support@h555gam.bet with the subject line "Account Closure Request".

All content on the h555gam platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, game interfaces, written content, images, and software — is the property of h555gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any h555gam content without prior written permission.
• The h555gam name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of h555gam. Unauthorised use of h555gam's trademarks in any context is prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, SA Gaming, and others is licensed to h555gam and subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to h555gam regarding the platform may be used by h555gam without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h555gam's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• h555gam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on information available on h555gam.
• h555gam is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures, internet outages, power cuts, or other service interruptions beyond h555gam's direct control, provided that h555gam takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• h555gam is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your sharing of those credentials with another person.
• h555gam's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player, for any cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

h555gam collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using h555gam you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• h555gam collects data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. h555gam does not sell your personal data to any third party.
• h555gam may share your data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data h555gam holds about you. Such requests should be sent to support@h555gam.bet.

h555gam may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h555gam will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a notification within the platform, in advance of the changes taking effect where reasonably practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and h555gam should in the first instance be raised with h555gam's support team at support@h555gam.bet. h555gam is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

• Informal resolution: Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with h555gam support. Please provide full details of your complaint, your account information, and any supporting evidence. h555gam's support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days in normal circumstances.
• Formal complaints: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal dispute, you may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to h555gam's compliance team. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 business days.
• Finality of h555gam decisions: In relation to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus decisions, h555gam's final determination — made in good faith with reference to recorded game data — is binding. h555gam will not re-settle a bet based solely on a player's disagreement without objective supporting evidence.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and h555gam regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior understandings or representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
